Privacy
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Here is exactly what that means and what happens to anything you send us.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties and contains no tracking of any kind. We collect information only when you choose to send it to us.
What this site does not do
- No cookies, local storage or similar are set by this site.
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from other companies’ servers.
- The pages ship no JavaScript at all.
Our web host records standard server access logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not combine those with anything else or use them to identify you.
What we collect when you contact us
If you use the availability form or email us, we receive what you send: business name, your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, your category, the editions you are interested in, a placement, and any message. We use it to answer you and, if you go ahead, to run your advertising.
How the form is handled
The availability form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. When you submit it, your answers are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. Netlify handles it on our behalf and does not use it for anything of its own.
This is the only place your data leaves our hands, and it does not change what the pages themselves do: nothing third-party is loaded into them, and no tracking happens while you read. If you would rather not use the form, email us instead — it reaches the same place.
What we do with it
- We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- We share it with a supplier only where it is needed to do the work — a printer or Canada Post receives what a mailing requires, and nothing more.
- We keep enquiries while there is a live conversation or an active advertising relationship, and business records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we will — except where we are required to keep a business record. Email hello@mumfordmailco.ca.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that collects data — a payment processor, a booking tool, analytics — this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
